How can I change an order after I've placed it?

Ordered the wrong size, color, need to change the shipping address, or just cancel it? Simply send us an email at linemanissues@gmail.com with your concern, and we'll take care of it from there.  

Why has only part of my order arrived? 

We go through several different third party suppliers to fulfill our gear.  That being said, some products in your order may arrive at separate times.  However, you should receive your tracking information from each supplier once your products have shipped.

Is there a bulk discount if I want to order for my entire line? 

Looking to order for large group?  Send us a quick email, and we'll be happy to provide a discount code!

What I ordered isn't exactly what I was expecting.  Can I return and get a refund? 

Absolutely!  We are happy to refund you if you aren't satisfied.  Just email us with the order # or name on your order and your specific concern.  We are always happy to help!
